PARTNERSHIP SPECIALIST (SACCO)
FIRM, a USAID/Kenya financial services program, implemented by DAI (Development Alternatives, Inc.), is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Partnership Specialist (SACCO emphasis) on a full-time employment. This is a re-issue. The Partnership Specialist (SACCO emphasis) will generate and manage FIRM’s relationships with SACCOs – technical assistance and financial linkages.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in business, finance or economics.
  • 10 years of work experience in Kenya financial sector.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SACCOs as an employee or consultant.
  • Proficiency building and managing professional, institutional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured team environment.
  • Goal focused and output driven.
